Irtiza has been a part of the real estate world for over two-and-a-half decades. Before co-founding UberCorp, he was at the helm of planning, executing, and monitoring several residential and commercial projects for renowned developers. He has been involved in developing over 70 projects.

In the rapidly changing skyline of Bengaluru, Irtiza retains his vision of clean and lucid architecture – a central theme in UberCorp homes. He is passionate about creating living spaces that are made for life, not real estate portfolios.

Quality and design are not peripheral, but the focal points of his execution strategy. With an eye for detail, he ensures exceptional standards. Irtiza is dedicated to building a brand that is rooted in integrity and customer satisfaction.

Irtiza was an avid sportsperson in his youth, with several medals and trophies under his belt. The one thing being a sportsman has taught him is to never engage in competitive fear, but to enable it to fuel his visions for his goals.

Raza Ali Mirrza

CEO, Hydenben Developers

For over 25 years, Raza has been growing and leading successful real estate initiatives. Including several seminal land development and hospitality projects in Bengaluru. His depth of knowledge and experience in land procurement, business development, and marketplace analysis has helped distinguish UberCorp within the realty segment, and stand tall.

With his natural flair for marketing and brand development, Raza has been at the forefront of driving business initiatives, leading marketing efforts, and providing strategic direction for the company. Raza is a votary of simplicity. He draws inspiration from his personal journeys. The architecture of places he visits is often interpreted and woven into UberCorp’s projects.

Raza is fearless in his views on life and business alike. His risk-taking abilities and problem-solving skills have enabled him to reach for the skies and build UberCorp from the ground, to where it stands today. Kindness and humility make the ethos with which both the brothers have grown up.

Ram Gedela has been in leadership roles for over 25 years across Advertising, Marketing and Business Management. His career reflects a unique blend of strategic vision, entrepreneurial acumen, and the ability to build and scale successful businesses.

His stints with the MNCs have honed his skills in business management, financial management, business forecasting – short-term and long-term, vendor management, global best practices, statutory compliances, Govt. liaising, etc. His extensive brand building expertise across diverse categories such as FMCG, Retail, Corporate, Products and Services has helped him build successful brands for his clients, and the brands that he’s invested in.
